Spring 2010 In-Person Registration

Registration is the start of it all, where you become a part of the Maitland Soccer Club family. We have four levels of play available:

• Instructional Program U5-U8
• Recreational and Competitive Recreational U9-U19
• Developmental U8-U10
• Premier U11-U19 Select

• A parent or legal guardian of player(s) to be registered
• State certified Birth Certificate
• Check or cash for fees

U5-U8 In-House Instructional Program
Registration Fee: $110 per season
Uniform Fee: N/A. A game shirt is provided
Non-Resident fee: $20 collected if a player does not live in the City of Maitland

U5-U7 games are played on Friday evenings at Lake Destiny Soccer Field.
U8 games are played on Saturday mornings at Lake Sybelia Elementary School.

U9-U19 Recreational/Competitive Teams
Registration Fee:$120 per season
Uniform Fee: $85 for 2 game jerseys, 1 shorts, 2 socks
Non-Resident fee: $20 collected if a player does not live in the City of Maitland

U11-U19 Premier Teams Registration Fee: $325 annual
Uniform Fee (Lotto): $150 for 2 game jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 socks, 2 practice shirts
Non-Resident fee: $20 collected if a player does not live in the City of Maitland

Sibling Discount $10 per family

Financial assistance and scholarships are available to ensure that every child can play soccer. If you want information about these programs, please contact the MSC Secretary.

• Practice Shirt - $12 for premier only
• Jersey - $35 rec, $59 premier
• Shorts - $17 rec, $17 premier
• Socks - $8 per pair

If you can not attend any of the in-person registration dates, or would rather register via mail, please follow these steps. Your registration will not be processed if any of these items are missing or incomplete. If you have any questions, please contact the MSC Registrar.

1. Print and fill out the Maitland Soccer Club Registration Form (PDF)
2. Write a check made out to "Maitland Soccer Club" for the appropriate fees (see "Registration Fees" below)
3. Make a copy of your child's state certified birth certificate
4. Mail all of the above items to: Maitland Soccer Club. 601 N. Orlando Ave., Ste. 201. Maitland, FL 32751

• If uniform has been issued and not returned, no refund for uniform fee
• If uniform has been issued and returned used, refund will be less 50% of uniform cost (uniform must be ordered and paid for in the same season, i.e. cant be more than 1 season old)
• If uniform has been issued and returned unused (washed, worn, etc), refund for uniform will be 100%
• If uniform has been ordered and paid for, but not issued, 100% will be refunded
• Refund will be less any league fees (FYSA,GCF,CFK,ACYS etc) that have been paid by MSC on behalf of the child that cannot be refunded to MSCâ€"includes individual fees paid and pro-rated team fees paid based on # of kids on team
• If games have already been played, refund will be prorated based on the number of games played compared to the total number of REGULAR season games on the teams’ schedule

Please volunteer to coach your child's team. Coaching experience is not necessarily required.

• Coaches and trainers will need to bring their driver's license to registration.
• Parents who coach will receive a 50% discount on the Registration Fee
